Vitamin CEF - Free Sample Policy

Why We Only Offer Free Samples When We Can
You know we run tiny, weekly manufacturing runs—small enough to keep every bottle of L-Ascorbic acid serum blister-fresh, but also small enough that we rarely have leftovers. When we do end up with a handful of extra units after final QC, we turn them into free samples for our mailing-list community.
How the Sample Pool Works
Stage | What Happens | How Many Samples Exist |
---|---|---|
Batch Day (once a week) | We mix, fill, and stability-test a new micro-run. | 0 |
QC Sign-off | Anything that fails potency or pH gets discarded. | 0 |
Overrun Count | If we’ve filled more than paid orders + reserves, that surplus becomes the sample pool. | Typically 5–10 units |
Allocation | We email the list—first-come, first-served. | Until the pool hits zero |
Why We Don’t Mass-Produce Samples
Freshness over freebies. Aged Vitamin C is useless. We’d rather disappoint by scarcity than ship oxidized free samples.
True-fan economics. Every giveaway bottle is identical to the paid product.
Environmental sanity. No junk destined for landfills—just real, full-lab bottles when legitimately spare.
Quick FAQ
Do I pay shipping? No—if you snag a sample, shipping is on us within South Africa.
